It asks me to link my device and when I try doing this, the LINK DEVICE button is always disabled and I never receive the OTP at all. How am I supposed to use this? I had no issues earlier.However, it is very frustrating right now
This is one of the worst card...never go for it..... There is no complain resolution system....once you have any issue there is no response for resolution...please don't go for it ever.... Country worst account . Almost my 3732 point is hide automatically and after complain from customer care there is no response.
I am not able to do anything using the app. I can see amount due. I cant see statements. App shows something seems to be loading, like a processing circle, then suddenly message comes the session is timed out and I have to login again.
Pathetic app. Asking me to link my device after I log in. But I am not receiving any OTP to my registered number. Due to this I am not able to use this APP. Even customer care also not able to resolve or rectify this since last 2 months.
Don't take SBI credit card. I have been struggling for atlest 3 months to change the billing date of my card. Every time they are showing new rule and asking new information. After a lot of interaction with them still I didn't receive any confirmation. Shortly I will upload all the interaction to social media and request all of you to advise me am I right or wrong.
Very poor response to complaints. Contact us num 39020202 says num doesn't exist.IVR system doesn't allow to talk to customer care .My email on deactivation of card dated 5 Oct and 12 Oct has no reply. What is the use email.
