I’m really disappointed with the new update. My phone runs on Android 11, and after this update, the app completely stopped working. There’s no option to use it through a website either, which makes things very inconvenient. I understand that security is important, but completely blocking users with slightly older Android versions is unfair. Many customers like me still use stable devices on Android 11. Please provide at least a web option or restore compatibility — this has been a frustrating

The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

Dear Team, I would like to report an issue with the SBI Card mobile application. After the recent update, the app is not working when my phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network. It only works when I switch to mobile data. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone, restarting the Wi-Fi router, reinstalling the app, and checking my internet connection. However, the problem still persists only on Wi-Fi. Kindly look into this issue and advise on the next steps.
