The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

Overall, the app is good for our sbi cc. But a big question mark ?? for not having any information about card numbers, expiry, cvv, and other details mentioned on the physical card. Very disappointing !! Those who do not carry physical card and many times we have to pay online by filling the details, it becomes very frustrating for us to not able to find any of our own card details on the app itself. Great IT team of Sbi cards. Other banks app do have details with the hiding security feature.

The most frustrating app for credit card. 1. If you only want to see the credit card's remaining amount, It still needs location access. Without location access app doesn't open. 2. Reward points are Garbage... You should learn from HDFC. Rewards points should also have redeem option to convert cash. Not every people will like your products to buy. After completing 1 yr. I'll throw it out.
