What does this program actually do for the consumer? I like the app itself and not needing a card, but the program needs transparency too. If you spend 2500 dirhams, you get a 25 dirham voucher? You get better offers from every other store without the hassle of an app.

I have tried installing the happyme app but its stops saying there is an error and when I open it from the happyme website and click on the install button it takes me to the app and I get to see it Just installed but I dont see it on my window nor do I see a open option And even when I click the installed button the message appears that your app will be installed soon. How annoying can that be.
I think it is a hoax. Just now i spend around AED 650/- .it was scanned but to my surprise. It is showing 0 points. And what about my previous transactions. I am a new user but i think i should have atleast around 1300-1400 points. Anyways comparing to other stores this is a great failure as an application. Thumbs down to the store and the developer.
Won't pass average customer trust measures Reading through the Terms and Conditions (specially clauses 1.2f, 4.2 & 4.4) BMA are not responsible for any loss of your private data shared with them or potential fraud. This is a red alert! The application also asks to enable GPS. If you choose not to, then it will consistently and annoyingly keep prompting to enable it. Finally, there isn't an electronic way to cancel your account, only through call center. I hope the above would be addressed since it sounds like a promising and valuable app otherwise.
