The worst in the industry. Completely remove the entire IT department and replace it with those who know at least the basics. App usually opens, but when it does, it often fails to load the page. I'm shocked that the company operates such a useless financing app.

Updates like this are the worst! You’re going to lose customers. After the update, all my beneficiary data got wiped out — now I have to enter everything again. On top of that, I can’t even search for Canara Bank branch when adding a beneficiary. In the end, I couldn’t make any transactions and had to look for another exchange. Really frustrating!

Now it's been 3 days and my money still hasn't been credited to the recipient's account. If you message them on Whatsapp and their email add, no one will answer you and they won't give you an update on your transaction.. Im trying to call them hoping they will fix the issue with my transaction..
