Extension of the GEDSYS electronic document management project of Suministros y Sucomunicacion S.A.S. mobile-oriented.
GEDSYS Mobile responds to the need of our users to have an easily accessible tool that allows them to perform monitoring and authorization functions of document management and production processes.
For this reason, a tool was developed that will allow users to view, redirect and comment on documents; Additionally, GEDSYS Mobile will facilitate the signing and approval of the different documents produced within the application in a simple and secure way.
Finally, the user will have a channel to receive notifications from the system, so that they will be informed of the status of the processing of the documents of interest.
