Horrible delivery experience. Ordered from online store and they delivered to wrong address. Ordered 2 ps5 games. They delivered only 1 initially. Had to follow up with the making multiple calls to get update on why the other one was missing in package. Then they delivered the second one somewhere else. Also their helpline number is not easy to get. Had to call stores and then get the helpline number from them. Also the helpline number doesn't work during the weekend and late in the evening.

Absolutely terrible. I bought a mug which I liked but got no tracking information even though they provided it. It took too long so I cancelled it and bought a mug from Amazon, but a few days later it came and I immediately returned it. Just like before, there are no updates on anything and they only said it would reflect on my account in 30 days! The customer service is pathetic. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
