I had a 1 time experience, bought codes tried redeeming had an error , contacted customer service via email they explained asked for verification codes since am outside of dubai like ID and Credit card used for the transaction. seemed a bit bureaucratic and needles. my problem happened Friday i was able to access my codes on Sunday afternoon.

Absolutely terrible experience. Geekay took my money upfront, kept it for nearly a month, and only later informed me the product was “out of stock.” No updates, no responses, and useless customer support. Because of their silence, I lost the chance to buy elsewhere while my money was stuck with them. Refunds are delayed and only promised after chasing them. This is unethical and unacceptable. Avoid if you value your money and time.
