Does not connect to Spunky beats earbuds. I've tried powering then off and on multiple times, disabling bluetooth on my nearby PC. Nothing works. The app searches, gets no hit and then tells me to select the earbuds in bluetooth settings, which I do and then search again and it again does not find them. Edit: Responded and advised the version of my earbuds are not supported. Wish they would have an error message in the app instead of me trying over and over again trying to get it to work.

Difficult to get the app to notice that your earbuds are connected to your phone. Once it finally does recognize your device, upgrading seems to be impossible. I have the Apollo Bold earbuds, but no matter what I do, even after following the directions on the upgrade page, nothing seems to work. The only thing that works on this app is toggling ANC/Ambient and changing your EQ. It's a good thing the earbuds work well without the app.

We are sorry to cause you trouble. Could you please try to connect to one earphone to connect to APP first then take another one to connect? If this problem cannot be solved, please contact us at support@tronsmart.com, We will reply to you as soon as possible.

I have problems for the app to recognize the headphones, q10, on a tablet the Samsung A8 recognizes them, but on the Samsung A52 it does not recognize it, it starts searching, then it tells me to go to the bluetooth settings to connect it from there, but it is already connected . I don't know if there are some steps that I could follow to access the headphones from the application on the samsung A52. Since otherwise, I do not have access to changes and equalizer.
