About this app
This application notifies waiters when customers need services or require the bill. Also, the waiter can be called from kitchen or bar when the orders are ready.
iResWaiter is installed on waiter smartphone, provide sound and vibration alarms. It receive calls from customers tables or other sections of the location, display them in an intuitive way, in the same order they were received, each record is accompanied by timer. Also it can be installed on a tablet at the bar for centralized monitoring of the calls.
Requirements:
- Smartphone with Android OS version 4.1 or later
- WiFi signal available on site with Internet access or SIM card with activated data service
- Valid user account from iRestaurante solution provider
