Do not download this app. I uploaded my ID and waited hours, but my account was never verified. After 24+ hours, I contacted support, only to receive slow, automated responses that did not solve the issue. The lack of real help was unprofessional and frustrating. I wanted to use Gemini Exchange, but this experience was terrible. New customers, be warned—this app wastes time and does not provide reliable service.

App UI needs to get better. It's clunky and its app is not friendly. Need better stats and the app bugs are out of control. I can't click on a selection within the app when trying to select a reward in the credit card section. The credit card also needs better detail and customer support, it's fraud alerts are out of control. This has been going on for years.

When dealing with money, it's important to make certain your customers have the best experience possible. That's not what's happening here. Sluggish verification, blocked withdrawals of my own money, high fees. The worst part, though, is they've had the same issues since 2019 (reviews), and they haven't made a single effort to fix it or address customer concerns. And that's because they dont care. Glad I didn't put in much. I expected better. Try another app. This one blows.
