My first earbuds had a mechanical failure and then the second pair also had the same issue. loss of sound in one side and frequent buzzing. at first I liked status for its good sound quality but now I see it's a defective design. I wouldn't buy them again. support was also odd and very short with me when receiving the replacements. They never sent me a response email to return the original buds.

Hey, we’re really sorry to hear about the repeated issues and that the experience with support didn’t feel smooth. That’s not what we aim for. Your feedback on support has been escalated for review. Thank you for sharing.

have had 3anc for years and they're pretty good except for one horribly annoying quirk, holding left earphone turns the volume down and the right, up. if you're only using one earphone this should be turned off, adjusting an earphone almost always leads to the volume being effected and the only way to fix it is to pull the other earphone out of storage. Surprising that you can't edit these bindings in the app. will change to 5 stars when this issue is resolved.

Hi Joel, thanks for the feedback! We understand the frustration. Unfortunately, the 3ANC's touch controls are fixed and can't be customized or disabled via the app. We addressed this on the Pro X, which supports customizable touch controls. Sadly, this isn't something we can change for 3ANCs with a software update.

compared to any other headphone companion app, this seems like a prototype. So many clicks to just get to the point where you can change a setting. Clearly most of the budget went to marketing and not an app that works properly. This is all beside the fact an update to the app changed how the EQ works completely, giving you much less control over the sound, basically negating the extreme dynamic range the hardware allows for. Very disappointed.

Hi Stanly, thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate you taking the time to share it. We recently updated the app and added the option to disable EQ auto-trim so you can fine-tune the sound more freely. I’ve also passed your feedback on to the team for consideration.
