VARUNA Connect offers to associate with its Channel partners and customers to provide experiential journey of its flagship products. Downloading the application a Distributor can register his secondary sales and a Retailer or user can register for warranty by merely scanning the Bar code and/ or QR Code sticker.
For Distributors-Download the application and register the firm. After confirmation you can upload your secondary sales by scanning the bar code by application scanner
For Retailers- Download the application and register the firm. After confirmation from the company  you can start Warranty Registration with this application for your customers. This can be done easily by scanning bar code and/ or QR code sticker on the product. After the registering the warranty claim, company will confirm the Warranty activation by a separate SMS. The retailer should register with the firms authorised beneficiary mobile number as there may be some schemes related to this warranty registration which will be pass over to this mobile number only.
For Customers- A user of the pump can also make warranty registration directly if it’s not done earlier by Retailer/ Seller. If the warranty registration is already done, it can’t be reregistered. Once this warranty registration is done, user don’t need to secure warranty paper or an invoice copy provided his registered mobile number is active.
