From now on, knowledge is in your hands. With the new Gener@ Training Portal app, you can access a streamlined, intuitive interface from your smartphone, bringing together many of the features you already know from the portal.

This new personal space gives you access to the full library of training resources available on Gener@, including videos, product fact sheets, sales tips, masterclasses and many other resources. Everything is organised to help you easily identify the latest additions, the most popular content and the highest-rated resources.

But there’s much more! You can also check the news section to keep up to date with all the latest training news. In addition, you can access your Leonízate status and your continuing professional development trackers at any time. These allow you to monitor your progress against learning pathways, as well as mandatory and strategic courses. This means you can see at a glance how your training activities are progressing and how far you have come.

To support you in managing your learning and development, you’ll also have GENIA, your virtual assistant, which will provide guidance and advice tailored to your training needs and the progress reflected in your trackers and indicators.

GENIA will also help you find the training resources you need, access your Training Passport and identify opportunities for improvement through personalised recommendations and your sales TIPS.

You’ll also receive push notifications to keep you informed of the latest updates and anything important you need to know or take action on.
