About this app

Prysmian Groups Ampacity Calculator is a quick and easy tool to get conductor ampacities for different temperature ratings. It is designed for contractors, electricians, and other electrical professionals. The ampacity values are taken from table T310.15 (B) (16).

The Ampacity Calculator provides the following options:

Code Selection for NEC® 2011, 2014, and 2017.

Metric or standard conductors

Choice of copper and aluminum conductor material

Ampacity numbers according to 60°C, 75°C, and 90°C temperature ratings

Ambient Temperature Correction Factors for temperatures other than 30°C ambient temperature

The calculate toggle does not work. The back, calculate, and help buttons are right over the phones function keys so when you try to use them the phones keys work.

I can't find the area to state the length of the cable run. I am trying to calculate the cable size I would need over a specific distance.

This application does not take voltage drop into account. Please use the General Cable Voltage Drop Calculator for this. Available on the Google Play Store.

After inputting the information, I hit the calculate button and the app closes. This app does not work
