The app is ok. The support doesn't exist. I have issues with the devices - can't reset the NVR admin password; one camera does not work at night; another has gray images, not coloured in bright light, other 2 cameras work well. I've asked for help in the app, no reply for over one year. Their new website is coming soon for more than 2 years.

I have this setup for approx. for 3 months now... They work fine. But Endless problems with the app... often it fails to log on. Then it works and then doesn't. Often with network error displayed (...when there's no problem)/re-inserting passwords also an issue).

So far I have been unable to set up an account due to email failure, on two working email accounts. More than one password/account on the app and or machine, with little in the way of explanation of their differences. I want this to work, I really do.
