I have to keep deleting app and reinstalling to keep notification bell coming. The app stops sending notification after a while. I hope they address this soon. Wish I would have known before I bought the system. I notice no feedback from app producers, do you not care? Google needs to correct this. I sent Yescamo an email. We will see. 5-9-23

This is a terrible system, and this customer service is awful. You can't talk to anybody and they never get back to you the notification icons stop working after a while, unless you uninstall and then reinstall, and then, even after that, it only allows you to reinstall a certain amount of times, and then it stops. I cannot even change the password, because the old one is not being recognized. I feel very ripped off by the system.

1 thing before I start. 1 have no affiliation to any other apps or this one in anyway so this is a genuine review. Addressing alot of the other reviews in which they say this app doesn't work or is hard to use. It isnt at all "IF" the instructions are followed.When you add device scan the barcode on the camera then follow on screen prompts. Reason for 4 stars instead of five is the fact that although i get notifications they only push when the apps on. This needs work as is letting the app down
