wait for more than 1hour for OTP sent but no message =] request OTP to be resent but app is unable =] terrible experience

The app is very bad because of many issues below: - Very heavy, taking long to load for each action - Overly require UNrelevant information (like my interest) befor letting me use the app - Ask for system permission to proceed and take me to the android system right screen right away, but do not specific what permission I need to grant it for Overall if this is not for company insurrance, I would just delete this and use others service.

With the same password, I have to recover it every single time I use it, then redo the identity verification, which doesn’t always work. When it comes to "the time" must use insurance, it’s a waste of time and very annoying
