Generali GPM is an app dedicated to employees of Generali Group and is instrumental to perform Performance Management related processes:
- have a look at your goals from previous year
- read the strategic directions of your department's head
- create your goals and submit them to your boss
- nominate stakeholders to receive feedback on your job performance
- provide feedback to colleagues
- provide qualitative feedback on your goals
- perform mid and end of year evaluations together with your manager
- if you are a manager, access your team dashboard, approve or reject goals and stakeholders requests, provide feedback and execute the appraisal for your team members with help from calibration suggestions versus expected results
