Painfull experience just to look for Hospital Information. Reimbursement process is so slow, as if the staff didnt understand the contract detail with my company. Back and forth many times. Cannot visit more than one specialist in one day FGS this is not BPJS. Claim for glasses only applicable for complete frame and glass, not separately while requirements often vary depends on cases. Receipt only valid using employee name, not even family name (spouse,children) is valid for claim approval.

too many unnecessary advertising and information causing this platform lacking on function. once proceed the medical claim, no option to revise. bad application!

The worst application ever!! I couldn't even register. Keyboard doesn't come out when I tap at the text fields 😒 what is this! Also, a very buggy app, when a pop show up, it doesn't want to disappear, even tho I tried to tap on 'back' or tap outside the popuo box.
