GVS continues to be a leading Eye care Benefits Administrator and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) provider of eye care plans nationally.

It took forever to load, no clear direction as to missing items because it was not on the form. I had to figure that out myself. Does not have an accurate list of providers. App kept crashing out. I uninstalled it. It's of no use.

All the stores I've called had no idea who GVS is or how to take their insurance. When you try and set up an appointment through their app there are no times to select so the request can't be completed

This app is not helpful. I can't sign out. the headings don't fit properly on my Android.
