To use the Genesee Valley FCU app, you must be enrolled as a Genesee Valley FCU digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

I cannot use the app because of "secure connection" issues? they have been occurring since 2025 I thought they were corrected but evidently not since May 2026 that I wasn't alerted to until my account was destroyed on August 7, 2026 by astronomical overdraft fees, a mess that is continuing

everything is good, app is very user friendly, the people are great

This app is great and easy to use. There is only one thing I would add/change is the bill pay. It should have all if the people/companies you pay and not have to search for it each month. All the other aspects of the app are simple and easy to use or navigate except for the bill pay.
