Very disappointed with the new layout. First on transactions "withdraw" and "deposit" take up most of the description area, and cuts off what it is. I like to know where my money goes some of them start with the same description. Also takes an extra step to get to transactions also takes several swipes to get through all my accounts. I'm very disappointed that my loan doesn't show the balance dropping with each payment anymore and yes i do look at that! It gives a sense of accomplishment.

The new app update is horrible. It makes checking my account such an inconvenience now. Quit trying to force biometrics for secure log in. Biometrics (face, and fingerprint) are not protected under the fourth amendment. Why would you recommend using a method to secure my account that can be circumvented so easily without a warrant??? The 4 digit pass code that was previously used at least protected your patrons from unreasonable search where your new methods do not.

I don't like the new app update because I have to have the passcode to open my phone all I want the passcode for is to open your genfed app
