I've been with GenFed for many years. This new app that was launched well at 1st I didn't like it UNTIL I learned the features. I absolutely LOVE IT. The people are even better they are always polite. I gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect and there is always room to grow.

Overwhelming! Account numbers changed, can't rename accounts, bill pay is not user friendly. Have a negative acct and have no idea what it is because acct number is not known.
