Completely unnavigable. It takes years for it to load anything you push. When it does load and I order my food, I can't look at my cart because it either freezes on a white screen or the items just never show up. No joke, I left it on for 15 minutes and my in cart items never showed up, even though it says I have 14 dollars of food in it. Please fix your app! It's incredibly frustrating.

When trying to order food, it prompts me to enter my phone number. When I attempt to do so, it does not enter any number and shifts the going prompt to the far left. This makes it impossible to order through the app, as it then says I still need to enter phone number. App is broken and will not allow for orders being placed through it. I am running latest update version. This is an issue with the app.

No company should put out an app like this. It only hurts their business. The menu works horribly because it is hard to navigate. Want to order more than 1 thing? Well you are going to have to find you way back to the start of a menu again which makes you wonder why you had to pick a store in the first place. The menu seems to be a generic one. Expecting all the choices they have at the local store you just picked? Nope. You get reduced options. Hoping to use that birthday bowl you got an email about? Well don't use the app they just told you to download... go in the store because apparently you have to open the app and use that in the store. Want to use any discount coupons that are right there in the app "inbox"? Nope. Those don't work for some reason. It will however keep asking you for your email although that is what you just logged in with. So you get to look forward to that popping up constantly. I cannot believe managers, executives, and a team of programmers worked on this and thought there were helping the company. It is just awful.
