The chargers and the app are useless. I went to charge it going into watch a film, but you're only allowed a certain time or they charge you an extra £10 and a further £10 for every subsequent set time over. So thought I'd just get a quick 10 mins after the film. That was again foiled due to the system itself not working. So I thought I'd download the app and use as a guest. Again wouldn't work. Honestly, what is the point in you? Shocking service.

Poorly thought-out. Clunky to use. Why the need to use two fingers to move the map on a mobile device? Ridiculous! And when you do, it's incredibly slow to move the map around. This app needs to be re-worked from the ground up. Edit (Aug 2022) - they seem to have fixed the "two-fingers" issue, but not much else. The FAQ in the app includes one saying "Do you have an app?" - laughable. The app basically reflects the utterly abysmal state of GeniePoint's charging network as a whole.

I'd be happy to give it 0 stars, the app was absolutely useless. I signed up and logged in (which took an age), but it wouldn't let me search for any locations. The permissions we're set to allow location access, but the app kept throwing up a message saying the permission settings we're wrong. In the end I used the website version and deleted the app. Absolute waste of time.
