For seven years, the restaurant's chefs have successfully adapted well-known and popular dishes to modern Russian cuisine, using local products and their own production - smoked sausages, dried meats, hard and soft cheeses, lard and hot-smoked fish are prepared for guests, and bartenders prepare 11 types of original liqueurs made with berries and roots, twisted cocktails with a unique Russian touch.

Fatto a mano is a restaurant that adheres to the original traditions of Italy.
Here they make pasta by hand and offer guests about 10 types of it. They serve premium Italian cheeses, meat specialties, and spicy butter. They prepare both the much-loved pizza, lasagna and ravioli, as well as unusual dishes: carpaccio from dry-aged marbled beef, marinated artichokes, Ligurian seafood soup, veal Milanese, Sicilian steak, osso buco with spicy vegetables.
