Genisys Card Controls ? Full control over your debit and credit card usage in a way you?ve never had before

Based on your preferences, Genisys Card Controls can send you a real-time alert when your card is used outside of your chosen preferences, giving you the power to deny the transaction or turn your card off. Alert preferences can be set by:

? Location ? based on where the transaction occurs

? Transaction type ? based on type of transaction at point of sale

? Merchant type ? based on the type of merchant where the transaction occurred

? Threshold ? based on the threshold amount set by the user (i.e. ? transactions over $500 receive an alert)

Ratings and reviews

Works great when it wants to, but now I can't even log in. Says my login is invalid, and when I try from the banking app, it goes to the loading page and freezes. If I got notifications, I'd be fine with that since my cards are set to what I want them as but sadly I don't. Please fix this app or make it so I can control my cards from the banking app.

Can't even log in. It says my login info is wrong but it's the same exact credentials I use for the regular genisys credit union app. No option to reset password either. When I try to connect to it through the genisys app, it says "something went wrong" every time. It hasn't worked at least since December. Really hoping someone fixes this soon.

Extremely slow with debit/credit card usage alerts. Often takes several hours to be notified that your card has been used. Have even received alerts 24+ hours later. The old CardNav app used to be instant. Reported issues to Genisys, they told me they'd call me back, several weeks later they haven't. Without quick alerts this app is useless.
