My Genius app keeps crashing and will kick me out of audio listen mode. Load time for the workshops also lags and is slow. Today was worst than others but it just makes me not want to use the app due do the constant reload. Can there also be an update where we can download the workbooks all in one place? I know the purpose is to do the workbook while listening to the specific episode but I like downloading it prior to and working on it then listening it straight through.

What a SCAM!!! Anything but well-being! Upon signing up you can expect loads of additional charges and basically a non existent customer service that purposefully uses miscommunication as a way of taking your money. I purchased the App and an additional 683$ was taken off my account along with it due to 'site glitches' they experienced that day. It's been 6 weeks and it's still unresolved. I'm completely disappointed, infact I'm disgusted to see this company stealing from people.

Too many problems with the app. I login the first time, go through everything and then close the app. When trying to open the app again, it crashes every time. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, then reinstalling and same problem ensues. I have a Galaxy S20+ so I'm sure it's not the phone. Please fix these bugs!
