Genius Workforce PRO is the one app for everyone on a Genius Money site: the workers doing the hours and the clients approving them.

FOR WORKERS

• Check in and out on site — one tap, confirmed against your site's location, with your working time running on screen.
• Your timesheet, a week at a time — hours land as you check in and out, or add them yourself. Submit when the week is done and see when it's approved.
• Know what you'll be paid — this week's hours and gross pay estimate, then every payslip in one place.
• Your sites on a map — where you're placed, how far away you are, directions, and the site documents you need to read before you start.
• Find work near you — openings within your chosen distance of home, or of wherever you are right now.
• Your profile and checks — right to work, CIS status and bank details, with a clear "ready to be paid" signal and what to fix if you're not.
• Refer and earn — introduce a friend or a company and track your reward.
• Works without signal — check-ins made with no coverage are kept on your phone and sent when you're back online.
• Optional Face ID or fingerprint lock.

FOR CLIENTS

• See who is on site now — live, per site, with who's expected and who hasn't arrived yet.
• Approve timesheets by site and week — one grid of workers and days, with the totals before you authorise.
• Your sites on a map — every site, how many people are assigned and how many roles are still to fill.

BUILT FOR UK CONSTRUCTION

Genius Money handles CIS and PAYE payroll, right-to-work and compliance checks behind the scenes, so the app only asks you for what it genuinely needs. Notifications tell you when a timesheet needs you, when hours are approved and when pay is on its way.

An account is created for you by Genius Money or your employer. Workers can also register in the app and complete their onboarding, including right-to-work verification, from their phone.
