Genix Menu Tracking is a QR code digital menu and order management application developed for cafes, restaurants, bars, tea gardens, patisseries, and all food and beverage businesses. Manage your menu, tables, orders, and revenue records from a single panel. No installation required; works with the same account on phones, tablets, and computers.

📱 QR CODE DIGITAL MENU

• Each table has its own QR code — the guest scans it, and the menu opens.

• Guests don't need to download an application or register; the menu opens in the browser.

• Menu with page-turning effects; Day, Night, and Automatic Theme

• Your business logo and chosen color are incorporated into the menu.

• Product photo, description, label, and portion/variation price

🍽 ORDER FROM THE TABLE

• Guests select from the table, and the order instantly appears in your panel.

• Order status: Received → Ready → Delivered

• Estimated preparation time is shown to the guest.

• Order items are saved with their current price and cannot be changed later.

• Catalog mode if you only want to show the menu — ordering disabled

🔔 WAITER CALLING AND INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS

• Guests call a waiter from the table and see the confirmation screen.

• Bell sound + red flashing alert + waiting timer on the panel.

• Receive notifications even when the application is closed.

• Double alert so you don't miss new orders and calls.

👥 STAFF AND TABLE MANAGEMENT

• Create separate logins for your staff so they can work from their own screens.

• Staff status: free, busy, offline

• Staff prepares order drafts at the table, guest approves.

• The table session closes when the table remains inactive, or you close it yourself.

• Which staff member is responsible for which table is visible on the panel.

🧾 MENU MANAGEMENT

• Set up a two-level menu – category and top category.

• Add products, sort them, upload photos.

• Update prices or images in seconds.

• Mark products as "out of stock". • Hidden without deleting from the menu

• One-touch activation/deactivation — for seasonal products

• Orders marked "Ready" are automatically added to income

• Manual income and expense recording, category-based
