About this app

Genny is a sales force automation (SFA) app for field sales teams. It gives order-bookers and merchandisers everything they need for a day on the beat — and it keeps working when the signal does not.

Genny requires an account issued by your organization. Please ask your administrator for sign-in details before installing.

YOUR DAY, START TO FINISH

• Attendance — mark check-in when your day starts and check-out when it ends, with working hours recorded for you.
• Route plan — see an optimized visit sequence with stops, travel distance and estimated time, plus the sales and collection expected of you before the first visit.
• Store list — today's stores with search and filters for pending, productive and non-productive calls, and a running count of visits completed.

VISITS YOU CAN TRUST

• Start a visit with a GPS check against the store's allowed radius.
• Capture photo proof at check-in, so a visit cannot be logged from somewhere else.
• Mark a call non-productive with a reason when a store buys nothing, keeping compliance figures honest.
• Add notes, surveys and merchandising records while you are still in the shop.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

• Browse the product catalog with search, category filters, stock levels and distributor pricing.
• Build an order with quantity steppers, then review a full summary — line items, total quantity, subtotal, GST and final amount — before confirming.
• Record payments against a store's outstanding balance by cash, cheque or bank transfer, with a reference number.
• Raise returns for damaged, expired or wrongly supplied stock so credit notes get processed.
• Check a store's outstanding balance, credit limit, last payment, average monthly sales and invoice history before you walk in.

BUILT FOR PATCHY SIGNAL

Coverage on the beat is rarely perfect, so nothing depends on it. Every order, payment, return and visit is saved to the device first and queued for sending. The Sync Center shows what is pending, what has synced and what failed, with Sync All and Retry Failed for when you are back on a usable connection.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND

• A performance scorecard covering attendance, visit compliance, sales achievement, collection and productive calls.
• Sales trend, collection aging, target achievement and visit reports.
• Switch any report between today, this week and this month.

Amounts are shown in Pakistani Rupees, and GST is applied on every order summary.

PERMISSIONS WE USE

• Location — to confirm you are at the store when you start a visit. Used only while the app is open; Genny does not track your location in the background.
• Camera — to capture photo proof of a visit.
