Puzzle Loader is a driver app for a system that automatically organizes the cargo compartment of a delivery vehicle according to delivery order.
Like a sliding puzzle, boxes move automatically within the compartment to position the box for the next delivery destination right in front of the discharge chute. Drivers simply need to stop the vehicle and pick up the box that is already out.
■ What does this app do?
- Viewing the cargo compartment status
The compartments of the cargo compartment are displayed exactly as they appear on the screen. You can see at a glance which box is in which compartment and what is currently next in line.
- Retrieving items in order
Send the box for the next delivery destination to the discharge chute with a single button press. New commands are locked while the box is moving, and you can stop the process at any time.
- Loading via QR
Scan the QR code on the label with your camera to load the box into the compartment. If scanning fails, you can manually enter the label number.
- Delivery details and directions
Check lists by complex and unit number, and open the destination directly via the map app.
- Photo of delivery completion
Take a photo of the package left at the door. The photo is resized immediately after being taken and saved only within the app; the original file is not saved.
- Automatic Recording of Work Time
The app automatically records the scan, dispatch, and completion times. Drivers do not need to enter anything separately. Since manual loading can also be measured in the same way without using automation, the two methods can be compared using the same scale.

- It works even if the internet connection is down. Delivery lists and loading operations operate within the phone.
- Field Mode — The screen does not turn off during deliveries, and buttons enlarge.
- The screen does not distort even when the large font setting is enabled.
- Deliveries can continue even if the cargo box malfunctions. Load manually, and only the records are kept in the app.
■ Reasons for Permissions
- Camera: Reads the QR code on the label and takes a photo of the completed delivery.
- Location (while using the app only): Displays the current location on the map and retrieves boxes in advance when approaching the delivery destination. Background location is not requested.
The app operates even if neither permission is granted. You can manually enter the number instead of the camera and deliver using a list instead of a location.
