Ratings and reviews

App is like it came out from year 2000. Doesn't allow password manager, copy/paste, weird password restrictions, etc. Also, sign up process failed.

the app is such a disappointment, that we do not receive the otp to register, not even on Emails. and it Block you for 15 min for each try. and even help desk at location is also of no help.. suggestion would be to register before buying the ticket. other wise there is never ending queue you are waiting in for each ride.

0/5 usability. The only feature i was interested in using in this app is the virtual queue and i was unable to use it. I keep getting error that my height is not allowed to be on the ride. I checked my account preferences and verified that my height is above the minimum height. I keep adjusting my account settings to no avail. The error message doesn't tell me how to fix it. The problem was actually in the group settings. How was i supposed to know this??
