i suggest the person who write the apps come and use it as a user, then he knows what sort if frustration is all about. basically the apps turn me off with so many user unfriendly features. i wonder why the score so low on review never trigger the purchaser of this apps . i wonder whether he kniws people normally come as a group. and it is so difficult to do group reservation. somemore staff also not helpful at all ⁷

I booked the boot camp games through the QR (VQ) system, which was fine. However, when it was finally my turn, the staff suddenly informed me that phones were not allowed and had to be placed in lockers. This rule was never mentioned earlier. When I asked why, the staff said if they informed us earlier, we wouldn’t be able to scan the QR code – which really doesn’t make sense. Management should improve communication and provide a professional action.

remember how it used to be able to flexibly reserve and cancel reservations? You can no longer do that... A maximum limit of 3 reserves and the rest is just walk in. No updates or warnings prior to this...
