It freezes all the time. Takes too many clicks and loading screens to buy your ticket. Interface to find and manage your tickets on demand is terrible - again, it takes 10 5-6 clicks each with loading time to get to your ticket. Really annoying. It does the job, but could be so much simpler and straightforward. There is huge room for design and interface improvement.

always loading, I can't do anything with app. I have tried on wifi and not, but the situation is the same - always loading when push the button byu the ticket. I couldn't even see what routs they have..

This is actually horrendous. A dog could've coded this app better. I spend longer trying to buy a bus ticket from this app than the time I spend in their buses. Please.do.something.
