■ Accessibility Service Usage Guide

Turtle Designated Driver uses the Android Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API) to provide a semi-automatic driving record function.

- Purpose of Use: It automatically reads dispatch information from calls accepted by drivers from other designated driver apps (Logi, Call Manager, Kakao T Designated Driver, Tmap Designated Driver, etc.) to assist in writing driving logs. You can efficiently manage driving records without manual input.

- Collected Data: Dispatch text (origin, destination, fare) displayed on the screen of other designated driver apps. We do not collect users' personal information, call content, or information from other screens.

- Data Processing: Collected information is transmitted and stored on the Turtle Solution server and is used solely for the logged-in driver to write their own driving logs; it is not provided to third parties for sale, sharing, or advertising purposes.

- User Consent: Upon the first launch of the app, the collected data and purpose are explained on a separate explicit disclosure screen, and the feature is activated only if the user directly consents. You can disable the service at any time via Device Settings > Accessibility.

- Geobugi Driver does not use accessibility services for purposes that violate Google Play policies, such as changing settings without user permission, bypassing the collection of personal information, or recording call audio.
