About this app

Designed for K-12 student parents to view the student information, submit change requests, and request school bus transportation. They can also track student bus locations and receive push notification when bus is arriving.

Very helpful. Typically, when there are issues I see reported here, I believe it is the district not getting things up and running, turning things on in there end, and forgetting their own devise to scan. As our district becomes used to the process, it has gotten better, sooner, every year. My only complaint is the bus tracker, for the love of all things good take the address banner off of the zone circle. We know where our stop/s are. It blocks the view of the bus.

Not consistent. Sometimes it will notify me when the bus is in my circled area and sometimes it won't. In order to get it to work again I have to clear my circled area and then set up my circle again. It will work for a day or two after that, then it will stop so I have to redo everything all over again. Definitely not dependable, missed the bus several times because of this and we now know not to rely on this app. I have suggested to our bus staff that we change apps to a more reliable one.

Absolutely terrible. Doesn't update timely (and yes we've tried it a different locations, different phones/phone service, WiFi and mobile), either sends multiple alerts for the same thing or nothing. Alerts us that bus is in our zone when it has already passed us and is more than three miles away.
