Building Note is a field work app designed for the people who visit and actually work in buildings.
While maps show the 'location' of a building, Building Note records the 'experiences' of those who have worked there and allows them to manage those records together with their teammates.
From parking information, access conditions, and construction conditions to visit notes, photos, floor plans, and directions—you can check and save all the information needed on-site in one place. It is designed to enable various field workers—including those in sales, installation & after-sales service, interior & construction, facility management, and logistics & delivery—to quickly check visit information and prepare for their next visit.
Building Note ■ Search and Building Information
- Quickly search by address, building name, or tenant name
- Check parking information, access conditions, construction conditions, and amenities by building
- Integration with Kakao Map and Tmap navigation and Street View
- Location tool to instantly correct misaligned building locations
■ Separating Public Information and Personal Notes
- Separate and save public information helpful to everyone from personal notes (customers, contracts, contacts) visible only to you
- Personal notes are never made public until you choose to share them
- Shared notes for recording common site information such as restrooms, fire control rooms, and freight elevators
■ Team Collaboration
- Use team notes to record and update contracts, managers, and site history together with colleagues
- Easy joining via invitation code; manage multiple teams within a single building
- Organize teams you created and joined into folders in 'My Team List' for easy management at a glance
- Team locations remain as map markers; tap again to immediately access that site
■ Recording and Input
- View visit records by date at a glance with the visit log calendar
- Record visit schedules and appointments on the calendar Record and sync with device calendars (Samsung Calendar, Google Calendar)
- Enter content immediately upon opening with 'Quick Memo'
- Attach photos and drawings (PDF), and mark (draw) directly within the app using a pen
- Take quick notes using voice input even on-site where using your hands is difficult
- Quickly review past records with visit summary cards
