Geophrase Delivery is the companion app for delivery agents working with businesses that use the Geophrase platform for hyperlocal order and delivery management.
If your employer uses Geophrase, they will send you an invitation to join their delivery fleet. Once you accept, you can manage all your assigned deliveries from this app.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Accept or decline store invitations from the app. Once you join a store, your assigned orders appear automatically in your delivery queue.
View complete delivery details for each order including the customer's GPS-accurate address, a map showing the exact delivery location, and the customer's contact number.
Start deliveries with one tap. When you mark a delivery as started, the customer receives an SMS with a one-time password. Collect this OTP at the customer's door to confirm successful delivery.
Report failed deliveries with a reason when the customer is unavailable or refuses the order. Your GPS location is recorded at that moment so the store has an accurate record of every attempt.
Re-attempt failed deliveries when instructed. Each re-attempt is free and generates a fresh OTP for the customer.
View your optimised delivery route when you have multiple active orders. The app calculates the most efficient order to visit all your stops and shows estimated distance and time between each.
Verify your identity with Aadhaar KYC directly from the app. One-time verification that follows you across all stores you work with on Geophrase.
