I can't get it to pair with the coaster device sent to me for my panel. That's no "next" option after step 2 to proceed to step 3, as described in the connection instructions. Perhaps a bug in the app? Otherwise, I've had no issues doing my videos and uploading them. Accessing messages is ok, but a little buggy. I have to click on messages several times to get that function to load.

Works very well and whenever there were problems that had started to make things difficult for usability, they were fixed pretty quickly without me having to say that there was an issue. Due to when I was going to report an issue, there being an update to fix that exact problem. 3/20/22 The lack of notifications being sent to my phone at 7:30 my local time has caused me to almost miss complying and completing tasks on time. They also sometimes add more tasks after the intial one and I don't know

I have been using QualSights for well over a year and for the most part it has been a very good experience. The only issues I've had were from updates to my phone causing problems. Recently they fixed the issue and now it is fully functioning and awesome! Anytime I message them with issues, they are very fast to respond and help with the issue.
