About this app

Signal Tasks is the official mobile app for field operators of the Signal GPS suite: delivery drivers, field technicians, couriers, and service teams.

Designed for one-handed use in the truck, it lets you complete your route from morning to night without juggling ten different tools—and it continues to work even in areas with no network coverage.

• Clear list of today's missions, with address, time slot, and customer instructions
• Integrated onboard navigation (car or truck profile)
• QR/barcode scanner to validate packages and equipment
• Supporting photos taken directly during the mission

• Dynamic forms customized by your employer (service reports, observations, checks)
• Status updates at the click of a button: arrived, in progress, completed, partial, failed
• Voice notes for feedback that doesn't fit in a form

━━━ FULLY OFFLINE MODE ━━━

The entire day's route is downloaded upon login in the morning. You retain access to addresses, forms, and the scanner even underground or in areas with no network coverage. Your entries (photos, signatures, status updates) are stored locally and automatically synchronize as soon as the network connection is restored. No data loss.

• Continuous GPS tracking of the driver's location (direct link to your Signal GPS console)
• Real-time tracking of route progress
• Automatic retrieval of photos and signatures in the web console

If you are a driver, ask your employer to create an account for you in the Signal GPS console — you will receive your login details by email.

• Hosted in France on the GeoReference infrastructure
• No data sharing with third parties, no advertising tracking
• The app only collects the data strictly necessary for your service (location during work, photos attached to assignments, client signatures)
• Encrypted login token (Keychain iOS / EncryptedSharedPreferences Android)
• Upon logout, the entire local cache is cleared
• GDPR compliant, hosted and supported in France
