About this app

Geprove is the operational platform that connects the field, management, and client in real time. This app is the mobile extension of the platform and allows your team to receive, record, and execute everything directly from the construction site or operation—with or without internet.
Exclusive to employees of companies that are already Geprove clients. Access is granted by your company's manager. There is no open registration, demo account, free trial, or in-app purchase.

– Time tracking by project, order, or task;

– Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) before the activity, linked to the order or task, with risks, control measures, responsible parties, and signature;

– Assets and property: technical data sheet, maintenance history, and QR Code reading directly on the equipment;

– Configurable safety, quality, and maintenance checklists and inspections, with photo-by-photo evidence and non-conformity records;

– Construction diary with weather, team, occurrences, photos, videos, and automatic GPS; – Operational documents and procedures always at hand;

– Official company announcement board;

– Service orders (corrective, preventive, and predictive): receive, execute with timeline, occurrences, supplies, and photos, and complete with electronic signature;

– Training and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) with attendance confirmation and electronic signature.
