Can't create recipes. I seem to have gotten further than most reviewers. I was able to create an account and connect to my device. I can set temperature and start and stop the device from my phone. But when I try create recipes, it says that I need to add a picture. But it refuses to add any picture that I've tried to use. Either make picture adding actually work, or don't require a picture.

Awful. Account sign up is required and is a miserable UI. Half the responses are in Japanese, so all I know is something doesn't work. There is some limit on password characters, but that's cut off partway through, so I can't tell what's wrong. Using Guest mode doesn't see my device.

Absolute garbage, I wish I never would have wasted my money on this Sous Vide. I should have stuck with Anova. The app is useless, you can't even just set a time and temp. You have to use a predefined recipe or customize your own recipe. The device itself is also garbage, you have to customize a recipe each time, and the physical buttons and knob are the cheapest feeling buttons I've ever touched, horrible user experience. I wish I hadn't waited to use it, it's now past the return window.
