About this app

Gesadmin is the mobile client for the Gesadmin administrative management system. It allows you to manage your business from your phone, using the same data you see on the web version.

IMPORTANT: This application requires an active Gesadmin account. If your company does not have a Gesadmin account, the application will not be able to log in. Request your username, password, and system code from your company administrator.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Home: See a summary of sales for today, the last 7 and 30 days, and the year, including average ticket price and progress toward your goals.

• Invoices: View the complete history, filter by cash or credit, and review the details of each document.

• Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding and overdue payments, both in total and by customer.

• Customers: View, create, and edit your customer profiles.

• Inventory: Search for products by name or barcode, check stock levels and prices, and add new products with photos. • Sales: Create a sale from your mobile device and close it with cash or credit.

DESIGNED FOR EVERYDAY USE

• Filters by date range and product group.

• Page-by-page loading: Long listings won't crash the app.

• Product photos are optimized on your phone before uploading to minimize mobile data usage.

• Interface fully in Spanish.

SECURITY

Your session is encrypted and stored securely in the operating system's storage, and all communication with the server is over HTTPS. The app includes no advertising or third-party trackers, and each account only accesses its own company's data.
