Adhering to the universal principles of democracy and human rights, respecting freedoms of enterprise, thought, belief, and thought, and adhering to Atatürk's goals and principles of contemporary civilization, GESİAD contributes to the development of social structure and the establishment of a democratic civil society and a secular state governed by the rule of law. GESİAD supports policies that aim to establish the legal and institutional infrastructure of a market economy, establish liberal economic principles, and enhance competitiveness by utilizing the country's natural resources in the most efficient way, supported by technological innovations. This initiative, based on these principles, aims to bring together young businesspeople in Türkiye, primarily from their respective regions, to facilitate their interaction and socialization, to exchange information on professional matters, to develop relationships with private and public institutions related to their membership, and to conduct public awareness-raising activities on matters within the association's area of activity. It also aims to benefit its members and the country's economy by generating ideas on economic, cultural and social issues that concern its region and Türkiye, engaging in lobbying activities, informing the public by commissioning scientific research on various subjects, and developing collaborations with similar organizations at home and abroad within the framework of existing laws.
