PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Push notifications are a very powerful means of digital communication. Gestendo allows these messages to be sent and received directly to users' mobile devices or desktops. With Gestendo, you can send push notifications to employees (technicians) and customers.
RESPONSIVE
Managing it appears to be responsive, the software can in fact be consulted from Desktop PC, Tablet and Smartphone, for each of these devices an ad hoc graphic version will be visible.
SIGN DOCUMENTS / INTERVENTIONS
Gestendo offers the possibility of signing documents and technical assistance interventions. With this functionality the operator will be able to have the customer sign the document for acceptance. The signature will also appear when printed and exported to PDF.
ELECTRONIC INVOICE
Gestendo allows you to send and receive Electronic Invoices directly to the SDI. You will be able to view the status of invoices sent in real time. Furthermore, you will receive supplier invoices with the automatic updating of product stocks.
IMPORT SUPPLIER INVOICE
With Gestindo you can import supplier electronic invoices in XML format. With one click Gestendo will upload the supplier invoices including all the items and the related payments. This will allow you to avoid manually loading products and have stocks always updated quickly.
PRINT / PDF
All documents (invoices, orders, estimates, delivery notes, intervention reports) can be printed with a simple click. It will also be possible to export them in .pdf format
MULTI WAREHOUSE
The system offers the possibility of managing multiple warehouses.
ATTACHMENTS AND MEDIA
Media files (jpg, png, pdf, doc, xls, etc...) can be attached to each invoice, order, quote, intervention, customer, supplier, product.
STATISTICAL REPORTS
Gestendo offers the possibility of having statistical reports on Invoices, Orders, Interventions, Products, Employees (with commission calculation) and Payments.
OPERATION LOG
Gestendo has the functionality of storing a log with all the operations carried out by users from accesses to changes in status.
GEOLOCATION
Gestendo offers the possibility of obtaining directions to reach customers with a simple click. The geolocation of your customers will allow you to avoid wasting time.
CALENDAR / GOOGLE CALENDAR
With Gestendo you have a calendar of technical assistance interventions at your fingertips with monthly, weekly and daily view. You can also, with a simple click, enter your appointments on Google Calendar.
CUSTOMER ACCESS
You will be able to enable external access to Gestendo for your customers so that they can quickly view their invoices, orders, interventions with all the related information.
BILL OF MATERIALS
With Gestendo, for each product it will be possible to define a bill of materials of the components that compose it, specifying the quantities necessary for each of them.
RIGHT TO CALL
With Gestindo it will be possible to apply the cost of the call fee automatically to an intervention. You will then be able to charge this cost to the intervention after configuring it for the first time.
MACHINE / SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
With Gestendo you can manage your customers' machines/systems. Specifically, it will be possible to associate the machines and systems with each customer so as to always have your customers' fleet of machines/systems under control.
INTERVENTION TEAM
This Gestendo feature will allow you to assign an intervention to a team of operators by defining the first of them as team leader. This can be useful when there are multiple technicians carrying out an intervention.
TRAVELS AND EMPLOYEE ACTIVITIES
With Gestendo, the Travel and Employee Activities Management Software, you will be able to have perfect management of the times and costs of an intervention so as to be able to keep the actual cost of it under control
