It doesn't seem to work for me. It's the third time when there are available samples in the machine and it picks an EMPTY spot, or when I get an error message that there are no more samples inside when I can clearly see there are plenty. 3 times out of 6 is 50% of times I couldn't get one, hence, I draw the conclusion that your system clearly needs improvement! 50% is a lot. Why am I bothering, I'm only statistics for you!

This app is not worth your time. The vending machines always get stuck and you can not take your product(s). The app don't have the possibility to try on another vending machine or try again or to speak with support and tell them what happen.

Let me start by sharing that I don't leave reviews to apps. You earned it. App does not work, nothing happens in the main screen. It logged me out when I accessed my profile page. It shows that I have 51 years(based on country, phone number and language preference, these are the info that I shared). App gives access to product samples and gathers feedback. Simple enough of a spec to get it working but it seems it is quite a challenge. Hope you get it working before the samples expire...
