stop making me download the app again, I already have it on my phone and it keeps telling me to download the app again and kicks me out back the beginning login making me re-enter my info again going into a loop over and over, can't even get into my account, please fix this

Only way to reach "support" is in app, and the support is an ai chatbot that does not provide accurate information. This not only seems dangerous, but is incredibly irresponsible. Learned my lesson and getting away from the platform as a whole as soon as I can because it shouldn't be this hard to use the service and at this point the app only functions as a glorified balance checker

App has stopped working on my phone all of a sudden, a reinstall does not fix it.
