useless and worst app ever. not only you cannot find any real phone numbers on the app, you can't even do any live chat with any real customer service. all you get is a delayed message system that will respond after 24 hours. So a single customer service case may take months to be discussed in details this way, if ever.

complete junk. no phone number to call. trying to get problem resolved takes weeks. much better hsa plans elsewhere.

Ok all things considered. Biggest complaint is that when checking your card details, if the listed address is too long it gets cut off. There is no option to copy the address, and no way to scroll to see the full address either. In my case it cut off the first few numbers to the address, so you have to check through web if you want to be able to use it for anything. Also, some accounts such as the "lifestyle savings" are very vague in what they cover. Very responsive & helpful customer service.
