Cage Work

About this app

Cage Work is coaching software built for the cage, not adapted from a gym app.

Film that talks back. Scrub to the exact frame, draw the line, and record a voice note explaining what you see. Your athlete sees the mark and hears your voice at the same moment, on their own time.

A schedule that answers. Set lessons once or repeat them weekly. Athletes get a text the moment something changes, so nobody shows up to a cancelled session.

One thread per athlete. Stop losing "can we move Tuesday" in a group chat. Every conversation stays organized with the athlete it belongs to.

Track real progress. Log exit velo, pop time, or any metric that matters to you. Watch the trend line move over weeks, not just remember a number from one session.

Drills and programs. Build a library once, assign it to any athlete in seconds.
Simple payment tracking. Log what's owed and what's been paid, right alongside everything else.

Built by a coach, for coaches. One flat price per coach, unlimited athletes. You're never charged more for having a good season
