CERTIS is an INDEPENDENT PRIVATE publisher (Inopay Group SARL, Ivory Coast). This application IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY or administration. CERTIS Pro is a technical authentication tool: it cryptographically verifies digital signatures; it does not issue or validate any official documents.

CERTIS Pro is the professional scanner for the CERTIS blockchain, a private technical infrastructure that allows any organization (public or private) to electronically sign its own documents and enable instant verification.

HOW IT WORKS

1. The original issuer (school, insurer, notary, administration, hospital, etc.) signs their document using CERTIS technology.

2. The Ed25519 signature is anchored on the private CERTIS blockchain.

3. The document holder shares their QR code.

4. CERTIS Pro mathematically verifies the signature's authenticity.

The documents themselves remain issued, managed, and validated by their originating institution. CERTIS only intervenes at the technical authentication level.

• NON-COMPLIANT (invalid signature, revoked document, unknown issuer)

Verification works offline via the locally synchronized blockchain ledger.
