Ratings and reviews

Horrible, stay away. Placing an order doesn't mean that the cleaner will show up. When no one shows up, it may take hours to get a response on their chat and it's clearly a barely helpful bot. You have no way speak to the cleaner on the phone because the app forbids this, it makes the communication impossible if they can't find the house for example. The UX is the worst I've seen, makes the process even more annoying.

Overall, I find the app useful. However: 1. Incomplete Cleaner List: The app doesn't always display all available cleaners. Support suggested cleaners who weren't visible to me in the app, so there might be a bug limiting the list. 2. Filtering Options Needed: I'd like to be able to filter by gender and the number of ratings a cleaner has. 3. Only list cleaners who are actually available. Many shown as available are not.

I've used GetCleaner for three sessions and have been consistently disappointed. Despite requesting a change, the same cleaner was sent each time, and the quality of cleaning was unsatisfactory. Key tasks like cleaning surfaces thoroughly and taking out the trash were neglected. Additionally, the pricing feels high considering the poor service I received. My requests for a different cleaner have gone unaddressed, leaving me frustrated with the service.
