Out of all the 20+ banking apps I've tried in the past, this has gotta be the worst one. I don't doubt the current 4+ star rating I see on my screen; They're just unreliable due to their slow customer service. This is at least my 4th day with support trying to access my funds. I speak as a software dev. To demonstrate the UI quality, the button to purchase crypto is currently greyed out - INTENTIONALLY BY DESIGN. I confirmed this with support. There are better Fintech alternatives. Stay away!

It won't go past verifying my information. It says everything is good then logs me right back out and has me do it all over again. I really thought I was gonna use this bank but I feel like it's a ripe off because I've literally done it 10 times to get right back to the beginning. So I wouldn't even know what the banking is even like!!!!
