Poorly designed app. Interface and terminologies are not straightforward. Why use "points" when paying for a ride instead of a real denomination in peso? Why is there a token? Why not just make it appear like a wallet app then you'll see the total amt. left everytime you pay for a ride? The ride tracker is also confusing and not a reliable one. This is totally not a user-friendly app. that older people will have a hard time getting used to.

Super hard to navigate, and it's absolutely useless when looking for the bus you want.

route schedules not included in carmelray loop. I hope nuvali route be more frequent --- Schedules also not available in app.

• QR Code Login via Profile - Users can now open their device camera from the Profile page to scan a valid GETPRO QR Code to securely log in to the system.
• Download Acquired Passes - Downloaded passes may now be used as companion passes when scanning QR codes together with a registered GETPASS user.
