Poorly designed app. Interface and terminologies are not straightforward. Why use "points" when paying for a ride instead of a real denomination in peso? Why is there a token? Why not just make it appear like a wallet app then you'll see the total amt. left everytime you pay for a ride? The ride tracker is also confusing and not a reliable one. This is totally not a user-friendly app. that older people will have a hard time getting used to.

I cannot upload any of my ID or proof of address always "Error: something wrong in upload. Please try again.". I tried it for the nth time and still cannot upload. Fix this app. There is so many error base on other reviews. I hope before you launch this kind of app you have tested it many times and ensure everything is working on different mobile phones. Thank you.

Already made an account. And a link to confirm email was already sent and link is clicked. A message of confirmation was send. But whenever I tried to log in, it says that user is not confirmed. Pls verify your email to continue. Than I will resend the link to confirm again. Waste of time! Already had 4 times to confirmed but still can't log in 😠 Is app really working or what?

• QR Code Login via Profile - Users can now open their device camera from the Profile page to scan a valid GETPRO QR Code to securely log in to the system.
• Download Acquired Passes - Downloaded passes may now be used as companion passes when scanning QR codes together with a registered GETPASS user.
