I can't activate my QR Code even though I have purchased one. It always says that "you need to activate QR" in most cases. Before, when you purchase QR Code via app, it always activated but now is different

Poorly designed app. Interface and terminologies are not straightforward. Why use "points" when paying for a ride instead of a real denomination in peso? Why is there a token? Why not just make it appear like a wallet app then you'll see the total amt. left everytime you pay for a ride? The ride tracker is also confusing and not a reliable one. This is totally not a user-friendly app. that older people will have a hard time getting used to.

I would suggest to have a feature that you can track the location of the bus or its time of arrival in each bus stops .. so that passengers will have an idea of when to go to the bus stops ... You could also add a feature that would notify you if the bus is meters near from you/bus stop you are at .. .... that's why I gave 3 stars 'cause there is more to improve ..n
